As a Mum, I understand the stress of back to school shopping! I have traipsed around shops with unenthusiastic children buying uniform, socks, shoes, bags, etc and know it isn’t always a pleasant experience which is why I wanted offer all of these things under one roof and with great customer service!
In 2005, I opened A Class Apart in the Vale of Glamorgan selling the uniform for 5 schools. Today, we sell for more than 30 schools and have a reputation for excellent customer service as well as providing durable, high quality clothing at a competitive price.

We appreciate how precious time is to all parents so we want to make the uniform shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible – for both parents and children! As well as offering school wear, footwear & accessories on the internet, our shop in Dinas Powys is open 6 days a week with late night opening during the summer months. All purchases can be collected from the shop or delivered to your home or your child’s school.
During the busy Back to School period, we operate an appointment system which means that you will have the undivided attention of one of our uniform specialists to advise on all aspects of the uniform and requirements of individual schools.
